Hi Martin. You asked to see my process and my deliveries. Instead of a PDF, I built you this: the apps, the SaaS and the sites, each one recorded or linked live, plus the process behind them. This portal itself works the way my client handoffs do.
Offline-first iPad app for Fox Flight, a Toronto air ambulance operator. The crew fills three clinical documents per flight with no internet: every field autosaves to SQLite on the device, business rules live in unit-tested domain functions, and screens never touch the database directly, so the client's team plugs in their backend later without rework.
Ionic 9 + React, strict TypeScript, Capacitor 8, SQLite, Storybook for every custom component in five states, Vitest and Playwright e2e in both iPad orientations with the network cut.
Recorded on the device: a whole trip filled offline, start to finish. Click any clip on the left to inspect it full screen.
A talent-care product that replaced a static Figma prototype with a fully navigable demo: one-tap status signals (stable, attention, critical), contact cadence rules per phase, a priority list of who needs attention, meeting prep and an admin area.
Next.js and Supabase, with a seed-driven demo mode: without database credentials the app runs fully in memory on realistic relative-date data, which also powers a video pipeline that regenerates the in-app user guide automatically.
One-minute overview, plus one short clip per user journey on the left. Click a clip to inspect it full screen.
My own CRM SaaS for local businesses: WhatsApp automation through the Evolution API, a Chatwoot inbox and n8n workflows, self-hosted on a VPS I operate with Coolify and Caddy.
Running with real customers. It's also the infrastructure playbook I reuse for client deployments.
A tenant of your own on demo data, set up like any client's. Log in and click around.
Real estate portfolio manager: list a property once and it goes out to every portal, with price and status kept in sync, visits booked and each interested buyer traced back to where they came from.
Next.js, running on the same self-hosted playbook as the CRM.
Same deal: a client seat on demo data to explore freely.
A selection of the work I'm proudest of, all live right now. Most run on my own stack and deploy pipeline. Click a thumbnail to inspect it, or open the live site.

Strict TypeScript, typed error returns, Storybook on every custom component, small conventional commits. Nothing merges without lint, typecheck, tests and build passing.
Reviewers pin numbered comments on the live UI and open an Inspect mode with component names, spacing, typography and the design token behind each value. It never ships in the production build.
I run Claude Code under per-project guardrails I write myself. That's how one senior engineer ships complete products at team speed, in US-compatible hours, without losing review quality.
